Spartanburg Regional History Museum – Free Admission
Thursday, December 1st, 2011Thanks to a generous donor, the Regional History Museum is pleased to announce that admission to the Museum is sponsored for the first weekend of each month. Join us this Thursday-Saturday, December 1-3, between 10 am & 5 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our permanent exhibits outlining the history of the Spartanburg area from before European explorers to present-day life. Learn the stories of the people and artifacts who shaped Spartanburg’s history!

The Spartanburg Regional History Museum has been in operation since 1961. The Museum recently relocated to the Chapman Cultural Center at 200 E. St. John Street on the second floor of the West Wing (also known as the Carlos Dupre Moseley building).
